Offered exclusively to the commercial users of its customer relationship management platform, the latest redesign from SugarCRM offers a wide spectrum of third party application and integration software that extend Sugar deployments. Sugar Community Edition™ users can find relevant extensions and add-ons in a new SugarCE-Add-Ons repository, which is hosted on GitHub.
The new SugarExchange™ combines solutions from Sugar Technology Partners and works as a centralized hub for customer information across applications and business processes such as Marketing, Sales, Services and Support, Integration and Management, Productivity and Data and Analytics.
The new SugarExchange™ has been developed on the AppDirect technology platform. As a prominent player in cloud-based services, AppDirect delivers a range of high-end capabilities which make it simpler for service and software providers to effectively market and sell their offerings in the cloud.
