CRM is a fast moving industry, but occasionally, it can be nice to take a moment to reflect on their current status and what lies ahead. SugarCRM CEO Larry Augustin recently arrested by the offices of the New York CRM to discuss the expansion and acquisitions, improvements in the company for SugarCRM platform and the market, and the expected improvement for the new year.
For sugar, "the next wave of CRM is to help people do their work automatically," said Augustin CRM magazine. This means that professionals in the customer armed with the tools that you can import data from your systems so you do not need, while allowing them to understand their next moves.
"One of our views is that CRM should help a company managing the total life cycle of the client across the enterprise," Augustine said. "This means that not only sales, but [also] marketing. .. Customer service and support all these people and processes in a company interaction to help serve the customer."
